Creating a JAVA application is Not easy and you can't create without any technical knowledge or any Developers Tool.

Here we have a simple Tutorial to create Simple Java Launcher by just modifying existing applications and adding your own stuff to it.

First download this sample app:

open this .jar file with WinRAR application.

Second: now open META-INF ==> and open MANIFEST file with text editor.

Edit and make following changes:

Manifest-Version: 1.0
MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.0
MIDlet-Name: SpecialOpera
Created-By: Your site title
MIDlet-Vendor: site link : yourdomain.com
MIDlet-1: SpecialOpera, your icon(icon.png change or upload on home directory) , CyberTweaks
MIDlet-Version: 1.0
MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0
MIDlet-Description: Freeware Application

Install this app on your mobile and you have your own website Launcher without doing Much, Happy Tweaking ;)
